Below is a list of BashBurn releases. If possible, use a package provided by your Linux distribution. The latest release will always be on this page.

Distribution packages
- 4BAK – BashBurn is included on the 4BAK LiveCD.
- INSERT – BashBurn is included on the Inside Security Rescue Toolkit bootable CD.
- Gentoo – BashBurn is in Portage and can be installed by running emerge bashburn. (To install the latest version, BashBurn might have to be unmasked. Refer to portage documentation on how to do this)
- Mandriva – Setup your repositories at http://seerofsouls.com/addmedia/ and run urmpi bashburn to install it.
- Zenwalk – Install BashBurn by running netpkg bashburn.
Unstable
To get the latest “unstable” files, use svn. The first time, run svn co https://svn.inf.sgsp.edu.pl/svn/bashburn to download all files. When updating it, just cd into the directory and run svn update to update to the latest version.
